This special service is for absentee condo owners or those who plan to be away from their condo an extended period of time. We will verify the home is safe and secure. We will check for visual signs of water leaks or damage, check that the A/c is running and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed. We run faucets, sink disposals and flush toilets. We are going to inspect for signs of insects or rodents. We will complete an inspection report and immediately report to the Client if abnormalities are found. The Maintain X platform provides an app that can be download to your phone place a QR code system of reporting which is very simple to use. We can place aa QR sticker inside your unit in a discreet but easily findable location such as the back side of a kitchen cabinet door. This makes service request easy with no more internet searching for a service provider, having to call around or having to log onto a management company portal to report an issue.
