Community Consortium

For those owners in a community that may not desire community contract maintenance due to the lack of community common elements like a development of townhomes. Or it could be a group of HOA residents where community maintenance is provided by another and the group would like to utilize Tierra Verde Service as single source provider for unit maintenance and access the comprehensive value priced services we offer to residents where we provide the full community maintenance. 

With this service we provide the residents of the consortium use of the MaintainX platform for instant service request and management.

We will provide our Resident Services (Link Below) to the consortium members without having a community maintenance contract. 

As low as $500 per month  (minimum of 8 residents for a consortium)
