Condo Owner Services

A common misconception about living in a condo building with a condo owners association (COA) is that owners need not take care of their units’ maintenance needs. While it is true that you might need to join a COA when you purchase a condo unit, it does not necessarily mean you have nothing to worry about anymore maintenance-wise.Generally, though, the association covers the maintenance of common areas, while individual owners cover the maintenance of their units. 

Typically selected to be included in a maintenance program.  We will  remove balcony furniture, turn off water and HVAC units, and activate hurricane  shutters. When the weather has cleared, we return to deactivate the hurricane prep and inspect the unit. This  service is especially beneficial to absentee owners who need the peace of mind with having a dependable hurricane prep service provider.

This special service is for absentee condo owners or those who plan to be away from their condo an extended period of time. We will verify the home is safe and secure. We will check for visual signs  of water leaks or damage, check that the A/c is running and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed. We run faucets, sink disposals and flush toilets. We are going to inspect for signs of insects or rodents. We will complete an  inspection report and immediately report to the Client if abnormalities are found. We can perform this service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, whichever the Client selects

A 'La Carte services can be selected at any time and added as a one time service to your maintenance service plan.
