The most important home maintenance tasks to keep your home safe and running smoothly Like a regular health check-up, a home maintenance schedule is important for every house's upkeep. Continuing to check on your exterior, appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing, security, and electrical systems will help prevent breakdowns, save money, and keep your home looking its best.

Hurricane Preparation
Typically included with our routine maintenance offering. We will remove balcony furniture, turn off water and HVAC units, and activate storm shutters. When the weather has cleared, we return to deactivate the hurricane prep and inspect the unit. This service is especially beneficial to absentee owners who need the peace of mind with having a dependable hurricane prep service provider.

Home Watch
This special service is for absentee home owners or those who plan to be away from their home an extended period of time. We will very the home is safe and secure. We will check for visual signs of water leaks or damage, check that the A/c is running and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed. We run faucets, sink disposals and flush toilets. We are going to inspect for signs of insects or rodents. We will complete an inspection report and immediately report to the Client if abnormalities are found. We can perform this service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, whichever the Client selects.
A 'La Carte
Specialized and unique services not included as standard routine maintenance and priced separately. A 'La Carte services can be selected at any time and added as a one time service to your maintenance service plan. Members (those who hold a maintenance agreement with us) benefit with up to 40% savings on these select services. (Check A 'La Carte in the Menu at the top of the page).
Housekeeping
We offer Routine Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly Housekeeping as well as Immediate & Remedial Cleaning Services, and Professional Organization. (Check out Housekeeping in the Menu at the top of the page). Contact us to schedule a consultation for a Housekeeping proposal.
Groundskeeping

Estate Management
We will oversee the upkeep of your private residence. Typically this service is selected by an absentee home owner. With this service We will manage the routine maintenance, established lawn, pool, pest control, housekeeping and hurricane preparation. We will also coordinate home repairs, assist with furniture deliveries, provide alarm and security checks, mail forwarding, opening and closing of the home. And, any other type of situation where someone must be escorted on and off your property to maintain the integrity of your home. We will customize our service to accommodate any other reasonable request.
